Interdiction
Interdiction is the process by which a person is determined to not be able to manage their financial or living situation, due to an infirmary or disability.
There are two types of interdiction, temporary and full. A temporary interdiction can be reversed by the interdict if they overcome the disability to a point where the court decided they are able to make those decisions for themselves again. A full interdiction is a decision made to terminate the ability of the interdict to make any decisions for the remainder of their lives. This is a very intricate and intimate process which is why it is so important to choose a firm that is experienced in this matter
